How to delete your SnackShot account and the data attached to it.

The fastest way: inside the game

Deleting everything takes two taps and needs no email to us.

Open SnackShot.
Go to Settings → Account.
Tap Delete Account and confirm.

This erases your cloud progress and your authentication record together, immediately. Then delete the app to remove what is stored on the device.

If you cannot open the app

If you have already uninstalled SnackShot, or cannot sign in, write to konfetigames@gmail.com from the email address attached to the account and ask for deletion. We will confirm and delete it within 30 days.

If you signed in with Apple and used a private relay address, send your request from that relay address — it is the only identifier we hold for you.

What gets deleted

Your authentication record — the Firebase account itself, including the email address and display name returned by Google or Apple sign-in.
Your cloud save — checkpoint progress, stars, best score, coin balance, owned bows, revive tokens, daily streak and chest timer.

What is not deleted, and why

Data on your device is not touched by an account deletion. It is kept until you delete the app; deleting the app removes it.
Analytics events are held by Google Firebase Analytics for a maximum of 14 months, and crash reports by Firebase Crashlytics for up to 90 days. These are not linked to your account after it is deleted and expire on their own schedule.
Purchase records belong to Google Play and the App Store, not to us. We cannot delete them, and tax law requires the stores to keep them. Contact the store directly about a purchase or a refund.

Deleting your account does not refund purchases and does not restore them later. Coins, bows and revive tokens attached to the account are gone with it. Non-consumable packs can be restored on the same store account through Restore Purchases, but the progress bought with coins cannot.

To withdraw advertising consent without deleting anything, use Settings → Ad Privacy in the game. For a copy of your data, a correction, or any question about how we handle it, see the Privacy Policy or write to konfetigames@gmail.com. We answer within 30 days.
